You will use your strong communication and time management skills to be successful in this role. Because of our growth and the pace of change in our business, you will need to have critical attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast and challenging atmosphere.
How to Win?
Successfully process weekly driver payroll
Manage workload and adhere to deadlines
Follow-up on inquiries and requests from our employees regarding payroll within 8 hours
Partner with Payroll Manager to make payroll process improvements and quickly adapt process to our changing business
Become an expert of our payroll system (Ulti-Pro / UKG) and its capabilities
Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages and vacation time
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
