- Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday OR Monday- Friday
- Shift: 0300 or 1500 Start, 10-hour shift
- Mileage Rate: .62-.67 CPM
- Average Miles: 2,250
- Average Weekly: $1,395-$1,510
- Min. Pay Weekly Guarantee: $1,000
- Average First Year: $72,540-$78,400
- Type: Dedicated Menards hauling dry van and flatbed trailers
- Operating Area: Typically, within 250 miles around the distribution center
