- Mileage Rate: $0.61 CPM

- Operating Area: Primary Lanes-Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Georgia, Mississippi & Alabama. Occasionally Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee & Texas.
